Action

 Pencil popper with long and short slides.

It turns while babbling at a sharp angle. The excellent thing about this lure is that even when it is cast upstream in a flowing river, the mouth part of the lure grabs the water and makes a turn. It can be used for actions that pencil baits are not good at.
It can be used in a wide area or a small area at will, and can be used when searching for fish at the beginning of the day.
